Digital Audio Download Help
All of our downloadable audio products are delivered as a ZIP files containing MP3s. If you wish to listen to these files on a mobile device you must first extract the files using a Desktop or Laptop computer before transferring them to a mobile device.
Transferring From a computer to an iPhone/iPad (iOS device)
- Extract the files by double clicking on the downloaded ZIP file
- Open iTunes
- From the "File" menu, click "Add to Library..."
- Located the extracted files and select select them all by clicking the first files and holding shift while selecting the last file.
- Click "Open"
The audio files should now show up in your iTunes Library - Once the files are in your Library you can now copy them to your phone by connecting your phone with a USB cable or over wifi. Please see the following Apple help documents for details:
Transferring from a computer to an Android device
- Extract the files by double clicking on the downloaded ZIP file
- Connect your Android Phone with the computer using a USB cable. If prompted on your device, make sure to connect your device as “Media Transfer”.
- In Windows Explorer, open the Android device and go to the “Music” folder. If you’re using a Mac, you need to download and install Android File Transfer first.
- Copy the Mp3 songs from the extract file location and paste them in the Music folder on the Android device. Wait for the completion of this process. Once the process is complete, remove your Android device.
- Launch Music Player on your phone and rescan the library. This is where you will see all the recently copied tracks on your device.
